Water Energy delivers solutions for treatment of a wide variety of contaminates in wastewater. We can recommend the right combination of chemical, bacteriological and mechanical technologies when creating a water treatment system.
Many issues associated with the removal of contaminates can be resolved through the use of our patented ozone process, which provides the highest levels of ozone concentration in water in the industry — as much as 15 ppm as reported by Regiomat in Basil, Switzerland.
This innovative technology, in conjunction with our various privately cultured Water Energy bacteria, serve as the core solution for many of our water treatment solutions.
Our systems can be used as the primary treatment methodology to modify the contaminants for easier precipitation as well as final treatment to obtain EPA recommended CT of 3 for potable water.
In this Section:
Remote Area Wastewater Treatment
Developed for the U. S. Air Force, this easily transportable system can process all the normal wastewater effluent from a typical bivouac for either recycling/reuse or discharge to surface waters. This eliminates the need to collect and store wastewater and can significantly reduce the quantity of water needed during extended stays in remote locations. A current application is for a Mobile Testing Facility used to test for biological contamination at remote sites.
Surface Water Treatment
Surface waters (ponds, lakes, and streams) can be treated to meet current EPA and WHO requirements, allowing them to be safely consumed at remote sites. We have demonstrated the removal of bacteria, viruses and fungi, as well as the removal of arsenic found in volcanic water runoff.
Cooling Tower Water Recycling
Solution designed for NASA increases efficiency of cooling tower water treatment at the Vehicle Assembly Building at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
NASA Space Shuttle Waste Water Recovery
Ozone system cleans and refurbishes parachutes on NASA's Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Boosters.
Fish Farm Water Purification
Water Energy ozone systems disinfect fish farm tank water to reduce aquatic mortality without compromising the necessary chemical content of the water — water oxygen levels, bromine levels, and salinity remain unchanged. Learn more about how ozone systems improves water quality and controls disease in intensive aquaculture farms.
